First, drop the gansta slang. Second, pick up this months Entrepreneur magazine. It has a list of the top franchises. It's the shizzle.

Franchises are like running a family business, the family makes all the decisions (designs, business plan, location etc.) and you do all the work. They have more cons then pro's in my opinion. If you like being controlled, and being treated more like just a manager they are they only way to go. One drawback is that legally they are difficult to set up within certain regions and countries, and may result in being closed down by local, state, and government agencies

You would be better off starting a spin off company (one that offers the same product or service) then join in a franchised business venture.

Made4Success - true in most aspects but you do also get the backing of the parent franchise company. They usually take care of most of the legal issues including zoning and also must approve where your location is. They will not allow you to set up in a bad location.

Franchises are for the people that do not have the business creativity or perhaps capital to run a self owned entity.

That is true it a point, however you must remember 25% of all new franchise companies will be forced out of business due to the way they are put together (legally). If you do not have capital, or personal resources (money on hand) you can not join a franchised company. Most require you to have personally 250K in your own bank account, and sometimes will not allow you to borrow your startup capital.

May feelings are if you have the 25,000-750,000 to buy a franchise company, and 75,000+ in the bank, why not start your own with out them.

Thanks

ok
thanks a lot for all the informations you gave me
It's really helpful even though i completely disagree with the fact that franchises is for people who have no creativity. It's rather your performances that help you discover whether you got that creativity or not
Peace
