    Thumbs down Fox Business Network

The newly debuted Fox Business Network (http://www.foxnews.com).

Who's watching it and why? Why not CNBC or Bloomberg?

Oh, did you program your remote control so you can remember it?

I like and prefer CNBC, I just never really liked Fox, except the Fox Sports Channel.

Fox News is great if you like your reporting insanely biased.
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.

Haha, Biased?? Have you been watching CNN, MSNBC, and all of the other 'liberal' media channels? If you want to get a good perspective on the news, go international... Otherwise, pick the one that you side with the most. No matter what, though, there is no such thing as 'unbiased' news. The companies that own the channels and networks decide their agenda. Reporters that decide to go too far 'against the flow' get canned, and go to work for their competitors.

I like Fox News and CNBC but my cable provider hasn't picked up Fox Business yet, I really want to see what they offer.

Fox News is the most biased news channel out there. Furthermore, Watching Fox News Makes You Retarded.
If you want to be rich, sell products and services.
If you want to be insanely rich, create and control markets.

If you want your taxes low and you want people fighting for your right to do business... You should be watching Fox and support them.

You can always argue how bias Fox News is, just because it is completely based on your opinion and on where you stand on the issues.

But one thing that can't be argued is that they show both sides to a story 99% of the time. Whenever they have a conservative guest they have a liberal guest. It might not be the same day, due to time, but they will split the segment into two days so they can always get balanced news; or something along those lines.

I don't agree with everything they say nor do I disagree with everything they say. There are bias show hosts, you get that on all stations, but they always have on guests that oppose them to make sue things stay balanced.

You never mentioned whether or not you watched FBN...have you? If so, what was it like? Similar to CNBC?

I really only watch cable news for the commentary. I don't really see any bias in Fox or CNN reporting the headlines. But, listening to the commentary is really where you're able to form your own views and opinions. Nothing wrong with watching bias content, it should help you grow. People shouldn't be afraid of it. We're all smart and are capable of seeing when things are bias or unbias. Well, some of us can't, but they get all of their news from Colbert and the Daily Show anyways!

I love reading editorials in the major U.S. newspapers and then coming up with arguments for/against them.

Its retardation like this that throws us into an unnecessary war.

And this and this is funny too.

People even boycott Fox News. People don´t boycott MSNBC.

While I love business and making money just as much as anyone else, it´s important to remember what´s good for the dollar bill isn´t necessarily good for humanity.

hmm, I honestly never did like Fox News Channel. As for FBN, it is still pretty new, so I am not sure yet, I am not sure if it will stick with me.

Right now, I think I'll stick to watching CNBC and Bloomberg, and sometimes PBS, and read business news on CNNMoney.com, Yahoo, and BBC News Business.
