For web designers and website owners - 2 useful sites found
While talking to a programmer/web designer at my new job, he showed me the following two websites:

Dynamic Drive DHTML(dynamic html) & JavaScript code library - This site is great for scripts, it shows how the script will function, the code (you don't have to download anything), and it has a MAJOR forum, for any problems you may come across while coding

Flash Kit, A Flash Developer Resource for Macromedia Flash MX Tutorials SWF FLA images clipart Sounds WAVS Animations Help and Support - Most of you may know this site, its all about flash, where you can browse a ton of major categories including banners, animations, and games, and it is all user submitted! Download the code, tweak it, and make it your own!

Just wanted to share this with everyone, if you have any useful sites for web design/development, post them in this thread.
