First Week of Adsense - $16.03!

Howdy,

I'm new to the whole Adsense thing so I was stoked to see that I made $16 this week. I haven't even monetized all my sites yet. My goal is to be making $100 a week by the end of July. I've gotten a lot of help from RLorenzo from YE in SEO which has made all the difference. I'll keep posting as things change.

Question, what do you need to start an adsense account?

Social Security, tax id?

Either SSN or FEIN will do.

Ok, another quick question. I heard tha Adsense actually rejects certain sites?

They have a huge terms and conditions section... I recommend that everyone reads 'The Adsense Code' by Joel Comm... very easy to read and it made a huge difference in how I approach all this.

I think i did actually watch that, it was a video on youtube called the "rules of adsense" or soemthign, he just never mentioned what sites get rejected.

No I know, I meant to say I watched his video, which im sure has a good realtion to his book? Anyways, if you havent watched this it might be to your advantage? (imsure you know everything he has to say on that subject anyway lol)

Google usually reply straight away for new sign ups,they usually are very quick in replying when taking your account away from you but take slightly longer replying to your appeal

I had problems getting started at first too because they would not allow adsense on a site that takes cash donations. I had to send about 15 emails to customer service before they actually looked at my site to see that I do not take cash donations.

Keep sending them emails asking what the problem is... and then send them emails saying you have either fixed the problem or that the problem never existed. They will eventually work with you.

The key words for vehicle donations are pretty valuable so I only need a few clicks to make money.
