First Timer

Hello everyone,
Im from a small town Upper Hutt in Wellington New Zealand, I'm 19 years old and am currently trying to establish my first business. I have completed business papers and am currently attempting to write a business plan. Im looking for ways to raise some funds either through a loan or a grant of some sort but no such luck as of yet.

I have an awesome Idea some are doing it already but not as well as it could be done so don't go stealing it but I want to esablish a real fruit ice-cream mobile unit be it a truck/caravan or horsefloat the I can travel around the country to events, fairs etc. What will set me apart is I plan to obtain the heart foundation tick and to also supply dairy free ice cream as that is a market that is often forgotten about. Id love for it to have a kiwiana them in order to attract tourist to try out NZ's fresh fruit like a kiwifruit Flavoured icecream!

I'd love to hear opinions and any suggestions!
