    Finding Information about a company

    Hi

Is there a way to find out more information about a company ? Ex: There management, owner, contact informations? Their website does not provide all those informations and I want to talk to their upper manager.

    Thanks you

If you can't find management profiles on their website, then you could call them and just ask to speak (or schedule a time to speak) with a senior manager.

What kind of company are they? Are they big? Most companies have customer service reps for this reason. Their top managers are too busy to speak to customers.

It depends on what the question is. I don't think a customer service type of question would go over well at a stockholder meeting.

I ordered few business cards and the result was different than the color proof ones they send me. So, I compliant to them and they wont change. So i need to speak their upper managers.

Instead of trying to speak to upper managers did you try middle managers first before going straight to the top?

If they know you are calling to complain you will get shut down pretty quick. Be creative... think of another way to get them on the phone. You can also write them a letter. This is just my personal opinion but if you are talking about $50's worth of cards then just throw them away and move on with your life.

Which is only available if it's a publicly traded company.

Try some creative social enineering. You're looking to sell them something interesting and you need to talk to someone who has the authority to make that decision. Then just talk to them about whatever you want.

If nothing works, cut your losses and move on. Next time use another company, one that actually does whats on the proof.
