Finding a prototype maker & a product manufacturer?

I have an idea for a range of simple plastic products. I need to find a manufacturer and someone to make a prototype of them. I have made a clay prototype, but this is not the final material. They need to be inside the UK preferably. How much does it usually cost to get a plastic prototype? Also, do I need to make any CAD or CAM drawings? What is the next step I should take? Should I incorporate first then get a prototype made?
