I would like to find a successful local entrepreneur that would take me under his wing and show me how successful businesses are created, maintained and everything in between. When I've seen this question in the past, people have mentioned SCORE. I'm Canadian, so I've never tried them, but it's worth a shot for you (I'm assuming you're American.)
