Find Your Mentor

Mentors can be one of the most influential people to shape the way you succeed. However most of us are not entitled to such a luxury. Does this mean you do not get to have a mentor or an icon to base your knowledge off of? Definitely not, this simply means you have to look a little harder for yours. You can find people that are very inspiring in your line of work. Books are a great way of connecting with knowledgeable beings. Every one has access to books.

My favorite book so far that I have read is "Think Big" by Donald Trump. It is a great book that so far gives me enough umph to finish the day and push myself that little extra bit.

I would like to know what your favorite books are. Let's start a thread of an awesome compilation of inspiring people and books. It's a sometimes overlooked but necessary aspect for people to have in their lives. So please, let's here your favorite inspirational book, or piece of literature that we all can learn from!

My new favorite book is Jake "Body by Jake" Steinfeld's Serial Entrepreneurship Handbook with the hilarious title - I've Seen a Lot of Famous People Naked and They've Got Nothing on You." GET IT ASAP from Barnes and Noble physical store where it was on sale for $5.95 and then 50% off that - $3.20 - BEST $ I have spent in 2009!
