I'm in the process of developing the financial forecasts for my water company and was wondering if there are any free programs or tools that could help me in my venture. My business plan is begining to come around, but being that this is my first one, any advice would be greatly appreciated. I want to develop optimistic, pesimistic, break even, and a back out analysis. If you've developed a business plan before I'd like to hear some of the problems and obstacles you faced in the process.
