i'm new here so, take it easy on me. I live in Columbus, OH and it pretty much sucks b/c i have an idea for a startup but i can't find qualifed people to partner up with, so my other option is finding someone online but the trust issue comes up, how do you tell someone your business plan without worrying they'll take it and run with it on your own?

If you're very concerned about someone doing so, get them to sign a non-disclosure, or confidentiality, agreement prior to presenting your idea. You can find such agreements online.

no one cares about you or your business plan
if I were you, I'd grab a megaphone, climb on the highest roof you can find and shout out your plan so loud that everybody can hear you in boston. it's called marketing. you're gonna have to do it sooner or later. I do it too (surprise!), and we have traction. yay
