    Feeling motivated again... how?

I have tried started a few online biz and always close it before accomplish anything. I am frustrated with my low level of perseverance.

Now i stay in another country, not far away from mine. I am doing this to make myself seems like i am burning my bridges with a limited amount of money in my bank ( enough to get started a new online site ), to push myself and not back out. ( i don't work for people as i hate doing that)

I have no lack of ideas, it is just the lack of perseverance to go on. I do feel unmotivated at times and ask myself why i have to go through all these. It always comes when i encounter problem in the process and need to do a lot of work to solve it. i just want to take the easy way out and throw the problems aside.

This is my first post here and i am glad that i am with others budding entrepreneurs here. Any of you guys encounter just bolts of no-motivation at times, how do you encounter it.

Ps: Apologized for the rant, i just want to let out.

Just think of all the things that a successful business would allow you to have. If you really want a new Mercedes, thinkg about that. If you really want to be able to work from home and only work 3 days a week, think about that.

yes coleygirl, i do understand. it always happen when i met problems or challenges in the process of setting it up. my emotion can't take it. I think of a way to divert my attention by listening to hip hop while doing mywork. That will keep me entertained and away from the stress and boredom of the work.

Maybe i do not really like it much of doing work online but i need to do this in order to have a life. It is not like you do it out of interest or as a side line but to do it in order to have a life. And worse of all, the problems come in and it is such a dread to deal with it time and time again.

Now the only way is to plug my ears to my headset of hip hop, that might handle it at the moment.

How do you guys motivate yourself? Maybe some of your mindset and concept of motivation might be good, useful and wholesome rather than to think you need to do it out of survival.

If your job is a hobby and you enjoy doing it you will stay motivated longer. Think about WHY and WHAT motivates you and then go for it. Maybe you are afraid of failure and that is why the small stones along your way makes you give up.

Hey, I also have the same problem like yours. I believe most people have the same problem. If not everyone would be a "successful" people in the life.

I also have the time when I'm low in motivation. Luckily I have a mentor who is also my best friend. I will go and meet him each time I'm low in motivation. I always found that I'm motivated after talking to him. I found that sometime it is good to discuss and express your feeling to third party and get some encouragement. I think this is why we must have friends and family.

Lately, I found that pleasure is hard for people to get motivated. But pressure will help us. So I limited my choice and force myself to move forward instead of stop or stay back. I think you are doing this right now as you move away from your home town. Try to feel the pain. Once you get the pain enough, you will be motivated and move on.

Thks, now i do not have the choice of doing another one. Money and time is the factor. Now it is this or no more. So i just got to do it. i just feeling down and wanna get off from it.

Yeah, the pressure is there. Usually i will forget it totally but now i have to deal with it as i am not in my own country. It is like throwing you out in the desert and let you survive on your own. i have to bear the boredom and the dread of it. This is the sick part.

Finding a network of people who can motivate you is the best - either friends, business partners, people online, etc. If you can have someone to bounce ideas off of, or who can encourage you no matter what you're going through that is the best. Look for someone who has some experience with your field so you can get advice even while you get support.

this is what life is all about and it is normal. I sometimes feel what you felt but I still hold on to my dreams and plans. I always seek advice from my parents, friends and sometimes read inspirational books. I ask myself what do I really want and focus on it.

Thanks guys, i am touch with all your kind response. I feel much better after reading what you guys & ladies have posted. It is certainly not so easy to go through work especially if you are on your own all alone.

Yes, i do agree that keeping each other motivated with the same type of people is very important. The only way is to find such friends online as i am in a country that i not even know well of the language. I really put myself in a tough situation.

Remember that this site is full of motivators, problem solvers, and many other like minded individuals. Rather that going out to find people to help you, post your problems or thoughts on here just as you've done. Many people, like myself, enjoy helping others in whatever way they can; whether it be a little intuitive thinking, creativism, or some social networking.
