Very simple, but clean. One suggestion is to use higher quality pictures. When I attempted to view them, they were very blurry and I immediately stopped looking. If they were high quality, I would have looked further.

I would use the highest quality i could but those were the only ones supplied by the seller, since they turned you off so much i might just take off the low quality pictures and save the good quality ones.

Nice and clean. The pictures need some work. I'm not sure why they are blurry.

I Agree, I think you need listings on the front page.. it took me 4 clicks just to see one property! It would also be useful to have a search function!

Also, with the design at the minute it looks a bit like a House Developer or designer site rather than a commercial real estate site I think you need to change the header image from a drawn home to a real photo.

have a look at this site - Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au for some good ideas to be had.

    A few others
    - Renting, Selling, Buying – Hocking Stuart real estate
    - Foxtons: London Estate Agents UK - London and Surrey property agents in the UK

Thanks for the advise but i think you all misunderstand my website. I am not a real estate listing website, i am a investor that flips and wholesales houses. Im not charging people to list there properties, those listings are mine. The sites you have shown me are very expensive to get made and are not necessary for what im looking to do.

    Hi Gaulkin,

    How are you?!

I think your website is beautiful. I love nothing more than a fresh, plain, clean, yet professional looking website and yours is just that!

The only thing bringing down such a good piece of work, are the low quality photos as our colleagues here have mentioned. If your Client is unable to help you with better photos, how about you offer to re-take the photos yourself using a better camera for a fee? (That's if the location is not too far out of your way though)! It's worth a thought.

    Hi!

I agree with the images, but overall, the site is very clean and simple.

    NEVER post pics like this!!!

    http://img530.imageshack.us/img530/5219/devo2wq5.jpg

That mess reminds me of dead bodies and cockroaches. This is disgusting. Why did you put this up? This mess is NOT going to sell any houses. You should yank it pronto. There is garbage piled up to the ceiling.
