To brief this idea up,
I've had many ideas over the last year, and its something thats always been in the background while i've been studying at University. Its something i'm passionate about, and potential something i'd go into full time and put my university education on hold.
So with a rough and very basic idea.
I want to create a central place for people with a eye and interest in fashion to be able to access recent clothing events/lines/styles and to let others through a social network within the site to be able to express themselves among this site. This would some what relate to something similar to a GQ style, without the social networking element.
As well as this aspect, i want to be able to let talent shine through and i want to be a middle person to this process. I believe through this website, upcoming stylists would be able to access and post there work for a chance for companies and the high flyers within fashion to pick up on this talent and further themselves a field. This is somewhat similar to a ASOS Marketplace concept, despite designers doing it off there own back.
A combination of the two i really believe would be a successful idea.
As a future point, with a potential of this being very successful, its been on the top of my list to create a clothing line myself, express myself through clothing, something which i feel would be successful and catching to a wide array of audiences.
So what i need help with?
I need people with great knowledge in this sector to be able to guide me in terms of; where to start, things to consider, potential rough idea of financial costs, your thoughts on its potential success, the types of people who can produce this style of websiting, further ideas.
Would be much appreciated if people were to respond with advice.
Thank you.

...you need to sit down and really organize your ideas...figure out exactly what it is you want to acheive by having this site, and work from there. You say you want a cross between GQ Style and ASOS Marketplace, but what does that mean???
