Lesson number 1: never trust your business benefactor. I had a cabin cleaning co. in pigeon forge and started with a small company called hemlock falls. in 6 months, I had 3 of the reigning rental agencies up there, plus the original, and 3 other co.'s I did work for and did all very well. My first contract convinced me to forget the other ones and just grow with him, stupidly I did, and 2 weeks later he dropped me also and I couldn't get the others back.
Lesson number 2. Payment due upon completion. after previous failed, we took our equipment and got into fleetwashing and in the same amount of time had 3 states we had covered with work and crews. We managed to get one of the biggest contracts on the motor mile in east tn. which refused to pay us for 4 months and we ended up going under because of it.

That's why I never use free web hosting, or the services of small hosting companies that can go out of business overnight.

Rule of thumb------You get what you pay for. If you are in this business game, you better be ready to make some serious investment out of your pocket... Find a real product with less competition..........People who look for free stuff usually end up going for MLMs and fall for scammers. Just be careful and you will be fine.
