    Expense check

    The company I work with hasn't issued us our expense check for more than 2 months already. Can they hold off the check as long as they want? I mean they have been consistently giving us our expense check every month in the past, but they have been falling behind on that.

    I would assume this means they're having a bit of financial difficulty and no, if within your contract it states that they are required to pay for your expenses, than they cannot hold off on it forever.

    Have you asked them why? Something could have happened (an error), or yes they may be having financial troubles, best to ask.
