    entrepreneur vs netrepreneur

I just came across this and thought it was an interesting way to look at the whole entrepreneur saga. There is a thread going around... are you real? well maybe that can be broken down to whether you're a bricks and mortar or a cables and stuff entrepreneur...

Entrepreneur: A risk-taker who has the skills and initiative to establish a business.

Netrepreneur: An Netrepreneur is, in its most general sense, a person who creates or starts a new project, opportunity, or venture using the internet, or World Wide Web, as their main focus. Netpreneurs have strong beliefs about a market opportunity and are willing to accept a high level of personal, professional, or financial risk to pursue that opportunity. Did you know that "Netrepreneur" is such a new word that it is not yet defined in any dictionary? The opportunities to not only make a very good living, but to become quite wealthy are boundless on the internet.

technically speaking if a word is not in *any* dictionary, I am referring more specifically to the oxford dictionary as far as officiallity when it comes to the English language, it is not in fact officially a word?

Ok, I was just wondering because I am not exactly sure how a word makes it into technically being a real word, but I would assume the dictionary writers decide. Hmm...I wonder what makes them decide if it should be a word O_o

I know they don't accept every word because there are a lot of slang or shortcut words for proper English words that are not considered actual words and are not in the dictionary. Like cuz or ain't.

lol yeah i know what you mean
though there are some funky words in the dictionary
tell ya what would be fun
get a dictionary and have some software move the meanings around
and add some of your own words and meanings
    mix it all around again
    then publish it
