hello all
i have a really good idea. I really want to start my own site that sells all media entertainment. i have built the site on a program called bluevoda. the only problem it there is no choice of hosting,you must host your site with them.

my problem is that i would have to buy stock for the site (about £2500 to start off). so i am looking for a partner.at the moment i am still in school and studying bussiness and ICT as main subjects so this bussiness that i will be starting will be a lifelong project. I know quite alot about bussiness now and all the basics of websites and im getting a bit more advanced now.

i am only 15 so i cant get a job to raise the money so i am looking for a partner to help me and work with me ,longterm would be nice and maybe we can be as big as hmv on the store side or maybe bigger

because this is a webstore

and just for you to know i have done a bit of research and i have found out that we can buy the games/CD's/DVD's off a well known site , add 10% to the price that we bought it for to make a profit and it will still be cheaper than HMV/GAME and most times cheaper than the supermarkets so we will be making a profit all the time which is great!!

the person that decides to partner with me will be putting £2,500 in to the site but in the longterm make maybe millions as we grow and grow

So is this like a review website? Like games and products etc?

sorry but the ps3 site has been removed from the plan due to a few problems.but the media store is still going to be made

To me the easiest way around what you are trying to achieve would be to start a Blog with Blogger.com you wont have any hosting fees or anything like that as it is totally free you can add all types of revenue making schemes,this would also mean you can try differant variations of gaming of what ever you want to do.You could write about gaming on one blog and direct people to another blog with a link the possibilities are endless once you put your mind to it.

This would sort out many problems that you are finding not only with raising money or hosting and then after time if you are happy with it and it works you could then plough back some profits of your own back into say your own site.

but the main thing is i want a partner to help me with controlling stock maybe a bit more money than me so we can really start with a good mix of products and i dont think i can do that on my own off blogger

latest:

the media store will start off selling latest ps3 360 ds games ,then we will start selling games for all platforms . after a month we will start selling dvd's, .some time after when i have found out more about a lisence we will stard selling individual mp3 tracks and albums , then who knows

i am hoping to have a partner with about £5ooo to buy stock,this partner will be paid back this amount alot of times as the site expands

after more reaserch i have found out that each new game (out in the last 3 months)we will make a profit of up to £10 and older games up to £30
