I like your website, it's nice and simple, but what's with Law of Attraction video?

Why do i keep seeing LoA videos whenever i end up in some entrepreneur or business website?

Don't you guys know The Secret is utter bullshit?

A little off topic....But The Secret is not bullshit. It is just a reminder to think positive and visualize your goals. So, Rhonda Bryne made a ton of money off it. People make money off simple stuff like this all the time. People don't realize how powerful their thoughts and attitudes are.

I agree. Look how much money motivational speakers make Despite that though, they really do make a difference in people's lives.

As for the scenario, another thing you could add might be to talk to people who hate their jobs and realize how good you have it

Yea, great point Floid. They make a huge different in many people's lives. All The Secret is, is one big motivation. Take it or leave it.

That is a good addition to the scenario as well.

I think there are parts to the secret that are valid, but the most important thing is for an entrepreneur to be MOTIVATED enough to make something happen...visualizing something isn't enough.

Back on topic, I think the post is very interesting and raises a lot of great points. I find a real downer for entrepreneurs who have to do everything themselves and work in solitary is that they have to spend a lot of time learning how to do things, and will generally be sub-par in doing these things due to lack of experience (ie: web design). To get out of this slump, I think hiring freelancers is a great way to get a jump start on getting things done without needing to struggle through tasks you yourself don't specialize in. The results you get from this outsourced work might be just enough to motivate you to work harder again.

Valid points. I like the freelancing idea. It's a great way to get people on board without really "hiring" them.

And thank you for the compliment!
