Does anyone here subscribe to Entrepreneur Magazine?

Supposedly I am in one of the articles in there. Yesterday I got 3 emails saying I was in it. I went to the book store but they didn't have the July issue in yet.

Thanks everyone. Wow I cant believe I am actually in it. I wish I had known and I would have finished the site. I need to get my but in gear today and get this site finished. I already have a new design and its coded but I have to put everything together and finalize it, the design thats up there now is crap lol.

cash flow consultant? for company or personal?

DAMN! Will you give it up, I am not copying a person and you are truly becoming a huge annoyance, really you are. Plus, I was starting a BLOG (notice the difference, Google what a blog is and what a forum/chatroom is and you'll notice the difference.)

To all who wanted to know what a cash flow consultant is... its somebody who broker's cash flows (such as accounts receivables, structured settlements, private mortgages, annuities, lottery winnings, etc.) between a seller and an investor. Think of J.G. Wentworth, they are somewhat cash flow consultant (actually... they are investors themselves but close enough.)

To syia: Right now I am still learning it because its not an easy subject to learn and nobody (and I mean NOBODY) can learn the entire cash flow industry and stay on top of it. (Think about it, there are 50 types of cash flows and each one has a load of guidelines.) So for right now its neither personal 'nor business... even though I have started the company, I have yet to close my first deal. (Its not easy finding notes so that is another contributing factor.)

That's what a cash flow consultant is... simply a broker (a person who finds notes and then markets to the holder of the notes if they'd like to sell their note for a large lump sum to an investor.) Shoot me a PM if you have any other questions as this topic is strictly about something else.

Steve, congrats on the MAJOR accomplishment of getting into entrepreneur magazine. I'd highly suggest getting that new site live ASAP! I had doubts when you mentioned it the other day but I saw it first hand in my issue this evening. Congrats!

Yea I got part of the new site up today and I will finalize everything tomorrow. The site wont be perfect but it will work for now. Im getting a lot of traffic and I dont want to lose all these potential users becuase of my website.
