Entrepreneur! Is Your Business in a Slump?
Running a business can be tricky. One minute, you can be swamped with work and the next you’re so quiet you can hear the cricket chirping.
But, here’s the thing. When you’re in a slump and looking for new business, it almost has the opposite affect. It’s almost as if your potential customers can sense this a mile away and don’t want to work with you because you come across as needy.
Here are my top things to do when the business slump comes.
1) Read inspirational books or Listen to CD’s. Doing this will take your thoughts off yourself and realigns them where they need to be. It stops you from concentrating on yourself and how you may feel and you can pick up ideas.
2) Take action. Get out there and take action! Staying home and stewing about it does nothing to help. Put a plan together and get on with it. Go to Seminars and Networking Events. The more action you take, the better you’ll feel.
3) Put yourself around positive people. Being around negative people will make you feel worse, they can suck the energy right out of you. Talk to as many positive people as you can and you’ll be amazed at how much better you feel. You will become as the people you associate with, so keep that in mind.
