When doing business online what legal aspects do i need to take into account? Do i need to open separate bank accounts? Get licenses? or is it Pretty laid back and unmonitored. i know you guys have a bit of experience in this field, let me in... thanks!

I would say that the rules and regulations one must abide by depends on what type of business you will be opening and where your business is located.

Yes, you need a business bank account. Will you be setting up as a sole proprietorship, LLC, S-Corp, etc? Make sure you have adequate bookkeeping software before you begin, it'd be bad to get close to tax time and not have everything properly documented.

Its always best to consult with a lawyer and an accountant before investing a lot of time and energy into a venture of any type.
