I do not know what you meant by effective strategy..
& I do not believe that a single strategy is effoctive, even for the same business in the same industry under the same environment..
There are too many variables in business that needs testing & measuring..

My definition of a effective strategy is a profitable strategy..
That is, I inject $100 into a campaign & I got $100+ out of it..
