E cigarette Kiosk

Im intrested in opening up a kiosk in a mall selling the e cigarette i really dont know where to start as this would be my first venture if anyone has any help to offer im more then ready to listen as to where to begin. Thank you

These items still have nicotine (the addictive drug in cigarettes) in them. This would mean you need a license to sell them and that license will cost big money. You may also need more than that, the laws would be different everywhere, and for example I am sure these cannot be sold to anyone under the legal age to buy cigarettes. Also, in many instances for a product like this, the distribution rights will be sold to companies who will control the sale and stock of the items in your state/country. It may be hard to get hold of legally made (not replica) items due to this.

Sorry to sound negative, though selling anything like this comes with a lot of drawbacks when starting a small business.

People love to smoke whether it is e-cigarettes or Cuban cigars. You should conduct a study to see the demand for your product in your area or how feasible it will be plus it will give you an idea of how much start up capital you would need.
