Usually a company that rents/leases trucks, takes care of all repairs, all rubber and washes twice a month. For a new truck the lease-to-own rate is 1500-2500 a month for this contract. For a medium range new tractor and full coverage. They also charge prices per mile driven.
Good money, but you need to cover a lot of stuff. Renting trailers would maybe be easier?
I was looking at used truck, a average used truck runs about 50k. A friend just finance 140k on his new truck. He brings home avarage $3500 to 4k a week. Also he is the only one working this truck M-F. If he wants he could rent the truck out at nights to other drivers for that xtra money. He did explain that insurance is high, and that there is alot of expenses. Ok say that I'm able to get 2 trucks of purchase 1 and finace a 2nd truck. Do you think i'll do good? I am trying to find out about truck brokers.
