could someone please explain in detail what this is all about? i have run into a bit of a snag in my current undertaking... some what of a GOVT problem... so thinking outside the box i think an american drop shipper could solve my legal/tax problems...

but im not sure i quite understand exactly what a drop shipper does... so if anyone is involved in this business.. maybe drop a response here and as well maybe send off some e-mail my way and tell me who you are, a website, and maybe some rates...

I dropship for my online audo store and it's a great way to get into the retail business. It allows you to offer thousands of products and have no inventory at all. Though you would make more money if you had actually bulk ordered the products and stored htem yourself, dropshipping allows you to build up to that point if you wanted to expand.

What it is: YOu sign up with a supplier, and they record your info, sellers permit(needed to get items tax free), credit card etc. You then choose which items you want to sell from their inventory. Once you post them into your online store, and someone buys something, here's what happens. You wil either email, or notify your dropshipper through phone or their website, and tell them the customers address, and what they bought. This usualy takes onlya few minuts and is fairly easy. The dropshipper will then send out that product to your customer, and it will say like "from Pure Five Audio" on the packing slip, and on the receipt so it looks like the package actually came to you.
Pricing: Because the suppler is sending, housing, and packaging the products for you, they wil markup or charge you a fee for this.
