Donald Trump is one of my most favourite entrepreneurs. I hope that one day, I will be as successful and happy as him. But maybe I won't have as many divorces or such bad hair...

    Trump also changed his strategy.

I had the opportunity to listen to Gene Simmons speak about his work with Trump.

Gene said that after Trumps bankruptcy in the early 90s, he met with Gene. He was distraught and Gene talked to him about licensing. He then switched from being the real estate developer to being the real estate controller through licensing.

Licensing the Trump name has allowed him to earn hundreds of millions of dollars without ever having to own the real estate. He controls the real estate through a licensing agreement and is paid millions in royalties.

But, he still works incredibly hard and goes on site to get inspect the quality.

He OWNS every aspect of the project to make it work.

Donald Trump is one of my heroes.

He inherited money maybe after his father died in 1999 but until that point he made it on his own.

He learned how to build a Hundred million dollar business by being around his father so much.

Check out this video where he talks about his father http://www.millionairementorstoday.com/201/

I'm not sure if there is a best one. They all contain different stories and lessons. They are all extremely valuable and should all be read.

    I hope this helps

I also have not read a Donald Trump book that wasn't worth reading. I recommend them for any entrepreneur.

Most all the Donald Trump books are a pretty good read. He might not be the most likable guy but he has a great business mind and a lot of charisma. Some the business deals he has created are truly amazing. He is a visionary and it is worth listening to some of the business concepts he believes in. The only issue I really have with Trump is that he has lost lots of money and had to even file for protection at points in his life. Guys like Buffet and Gates have never been in that type of situation.

I agree with Trump regarding finding what you love to do. It transcends the ups and downs, and powers you through the challenges. Great tip.

I like Donald, but what Donald did not start from nothing. He started out with a lot of money and then turned that money into a lot more money.
