Yeah, its only the 2nd generation of the Iphone. However, it is going to utilize AT&T's 3G network.

What's wrong with you guys? This domain name is applicable in both instances.

This IS the iPhone 3G (right from Steve's mouth). 3G stands for "3rd generation" of mobile phone standards - so iPhone3gen.com is very relevant to this upcoming release on July 11th.

You sure are right. Just watched the keynote speech from WWDC today and iPhone 3G was all over the place.

But iPhone3gen is kind of like the distant cousin to 3G and 3rdGen that never gets invited to the family reunions. What I mean is, not too many people out there refer to the technology as 3 generation; it is either 3rd generation or 3G. But the domains could still certainly make some money for the owner. I'd still advise hanging onto the .com at least in the event that Apple releases a 3rd generation iPhone. I think it would become much more valuable in that case. Either way though, I'd bet you'll make some money on it.

Ummm..... not sure, but I think you might be treading on Trademark infringement territory. If this is the case, all your domain names = $0
