Dollar and the future

Do you think the dollar will be able to sustain pressure and challenges as the world’s premier currency amid competition from the Euro.

Well the Euro is currently on life support as we speak due to someone's extravagant spending habits (looking at you Greece)...
When the economy hits road bumps, there are always skeptics and critics that pop out and preach about their ideas and theories, a very common cycle.

U.S. has a very strong agriculture/ domestic product market, as well as operations that are over 20,000 steps. No matter what any of these theorists predict, there is no shortage of foreign investors that are interested in U.S. companies, and like driving out of any speed-bump or ditch in the road, the economy will eventually climb and smoothen out. The dollar, although definitely seeing ups and downs vs. euro/pound, will remain relative and may even reclaim some of its early 21st century demand.

As long as the dollar never equals and is always greater than the Peso or Yen, then I don't care lol

okay. pretty optimistic. I share the same thoughts too. But lets not forget that Greece wil come out of ICU and the EU may regroup to rally the Euro again. No doubt however, the dollar rocks, at least in the foreseeable future.
