Does your business have strong contact points?

Companies spend so much money on advertising, branding and public relations and yet cut costs on the actual human interaction in their business.

If you are a startup I strongly recommend paying as much attention to who will be servicing the customers you gain from smart marketing decisions. These sales are much easier to make as all you have to do is keep a buyer happy when they need you.

Does your business have strong contact points?

    Cheers, Tim

Very Great Article. Its so true, the receptionists, is a very strong point in any business, because he/she is who the customer comes in contact with verbally. So if the receptionist is disrespectful with the customer , than you just loss some profit and may have even hurt your businesses foundation.
    Thanks for the informative Article!
