[Squandered Halfpints]

A program that allows the user to create the design, look, and functionality of a website; without using any coding. Just using simple drop and drag features, maybe providing some basic templates, "links" that guide you to another page on the website, etc.

I've talked to numerous people who always say, "I'm not happy with the site, I've used 5 different developers, and its still not at all what I want."
-This would solve all kinds of problems. This would be much better than drawing up what I want my website to look like on a napkin, and trying to explain how I want it to function using my programming-dummy jargon.

Please tell me there is some type of software out there that can do this. If there isn't, invent it please.
