Does anyone have any good expiriences with online incorporations

I am trying to start my own small family business and in order to get my bank account i was told i need to incorporate and to have a EIN. I dont have the money right now to hire a lawyer but saw these sites online that seem to be in my price range. Does anyone have any ideas?

The three sites that i found to be affordable were
    form-a-corp
    incorporationgateway
    firstincorporators
I am unsure how reliable they are so please if you have any input or other sites let me know.
    thanks
    Bill Wooten and family!

Bill Wooten, I helped a new entrepreneur form an LLC through an online company several months ago. The company she used was MyCorporation. It's owned by Intuit. I believe the address is something like mycorporation.intuit.com. They're reliable, affordable, and simple to use. They'll even get your EIN for you, if you do not know how. Although I recommend doing it yourself since it's pretty straight forward. The IRS has an application to fill out on their website I believe.

    Good luck with your venture.

    Look at free resources

I would also suggest looking at your local SBDC or WBC or other free resources in your area.

Do your search at sba's website

    Good Luck !
