Does anybody use CRM system? If yes, which one?

Do you use CRM (Customer Relation Management) or (Contact Relation Management)?

Some People use just MS outlook. Some people uses Blackberry, iPhone, or other smart phone apps. Some people uses online apps such as Google, Live, or Yahoo.

How do you manage your business contacts?

I use “Cloud computing concept” in which I use a combination of web apps, smart phone, and PC where they are all sync with each other.

For example I use a $2 Toll free with fax connected to my gmail and it goes to my PC and smart phone.

I use CRM to put everything in order to manage my contacts, clients, and customers.
