Take Bill Rancic, his first apprentice. Bill started from zero and turned him co-founded company to a multi-million dollar one in a span of a few years. And he even managed to get into real estate ventures before joining the Trump Organization. That's why Trump hired him, because Bill managed to do something he didn't.
