Do you like doing the accounts?

I've only just recently started doing accounts but for some reason I seem to enjoy doing them. I think it may be because I want to see every aspect of my business and see which areas can improve and what I personally need to improve on.
I use excel to do them and they are simple enough for my business and the equations are simple enough too, just find the % mark up etc.

If you don't like doing your accounts then try and think like I do. By getting to know your accounts you can improve your business by finding faults and other things that you wouldn't normally notice. This is the reason that Duncan Bannatyne likes doing his accounts. And if you were him no wonder. Duncan Bannatyne is from the Tv show "Dragons den" for anyone who doesn't know.

Does anyone else like doing them or do they hate them and would rather spend money on someone else doing them.

Well so long as you are passionate and driven to succeed at what you are doing, nothing else matters. Right? If you love the work, go for it! This is one of the first things that I say to aspiring entrepreneurs to try new things and see which things you love. That love should then be used to turn into a viable business (which you have). Now take that love and make a company out of it perhaps?
