I am trying to get my way in focusing and trying to find new products, what worked for you, what didn't work. Please help me get my feet wet!

i have tried a few products some i have luck with some just sit and never move

I am the most successful Company in Canada on eBay (not many here :P) ... and one of the top world wide by profit % .

I make just under 7 figures (not 6) on ebay .. ebay is not easy at all .. it requires you to hate people and sit on your butt all day answering stupid questions .

Ebay is a great way to launch products and businesses ... Long term it turns you into a angry person . LOL

I wont tell you what works .. But i can tell you what dosen't work .

Drop Shipping (stupid noob stuff)
Selling Eletronics (nothing but issues unless your product is solid)
Selling Items that are Large (Cars / Boats / Houses)
Selling crap that everyone else sells (you have to find a Niche)
Selling Junky Items (people arnt stupid and your dsr will tank along with your ebay career)

Look to china (But be careful ) they may not all out burn you but they can send Inferior product . Also many Chinese are selling on eBay now but anything over 1kg they have a hard time with because shipping costs them alot more .

Find a Good product base item then grow from there Start by making 100.00 per day then work your way up .

If you find a really good product protect it ... Lowering your price so low that you may even lose money so that it discourages other sellers to sell this product (Niech market item) ... Remember even if you find a good product today dosen't mean a month down the line it will be selling for the same . Once others find out you have a good thing they can swarm in to take it .
