    Dissolving Corporation

I wish to dissolve one of my (Canadian) corporations. Has anybody done this before? If so can you tell me or direct me to information as to how I go about this process? Thanks.

If anybody wants to take it for free, I can do that as well. Changing the corporate address and director(s) is fairly straightforward.

The corporation is: Healthy Harry's Restaurants & Holdings Inc.

It's totally clear free of any debt or liability.

I am not sure on the Canadian rules. However, in the U.S., you contact your state's State Corporation Commission. I am sure Canada has an equivalent body that could provide you with more information.

Ah, Ok. Just for the record, what steps did you have to take?
