I'm new here, but I need some inspiration for developing an online brand.

I purchased jidoohanbaiki.com. My initial ideal was to establish an online marketplace for the latest and greatest japanese vending machines ( jidoohanbaiki=japanese vending machine), and market some of the innovative, sometimes outrageous designs not just to people in japan, but worldwide!

I kind of have an general idea such as, 1.) Research 2.) Develop site 3.) Contact manufacturers, suppliers, etc ( anyone from Hitachi to Coke Japan) 4.) Sell the most innovative and creative designs.

I know I'm missing some things....anyone have more insight?

Anything that would be helpful would be most appreciated!
