Desperately seeking a UK business partner for excellent website

I would like to start by saying that I have spent the past 18 months developing a great new website. The website concentrates around the restaurant and takeaway food industry in the UK. The site itself took around a year to build, and is a very complex engine with online table booking and online takeaway ordering with online payment facility using credit/debit card as well as Paypal. There is a loyalty scheme, events page, homepage feature, but the real jewel in the crown is that using third party strategic partnerships with suppliers of goods and services to the industry, we are able to save subscriber restaurants up to £5000 a year on their running costs. Plus the client having 100% control over their own mini-site as well as real time menu updating. Something not offered on any other website.

I am also working on integrating a mobile phone geo-positioning service into the system. There is even a dinner dating site that comes with it, that taps into a database of over 4 million members, as well as an online culinary bookstore with around 15,000 different titles based on food and drink. There will also be an online store for all kitchenware/appliances and cookware products.

What I am looking for is simple... I am looking for a business partner to help me run this project. Someone who has the necessary skills and entrepreneurial enthusiasm to help me take it to the next level. The project has been thoroughly market researched and assessed to work out relevant timelines and critical masses for marketing purposes etc...

I have trialled this using a network of telesales agents generating leads for a small network of commission based field sales agents. All sales problems have been ironed out and all potential customer objections overcome. I am convinced that this project is now positioned perfectly for a great and successful future.

The industry we will be catering for is 180,000 strong, and the ultimate target is to sign up 15% of the industry within 3 years. With this achieved, then estimated turnover will be in excess of £5 million per year from subscriptions alone, with other revenue streams coming from several other sources such as sales commissions and advertising. Anyone applying to become my partner will be made privy to the full financials forecasts and will see that an overall achievement of £8 million per annum (pre-tax) is actually a gross underestimate.

You are probably asking yourself why is this guy willing to give away any of this to a stranger?? The absolute truth, is that i have worked so hard on this, a lot of the time two days without sleep and never a day off or a holiday for 18 months. i have dealt will scores of people, handled thousands of phone calls and emails and driven all over the place to get this where it is today (making sales). I was adamant that I was not prepared to roll this project out until it was absolutely airtight. The original launch being back in July. However delays especially with a concept of this magnitude was always going to throw up multiple problems, both technical and logistical, and therefore the ensuing delays has caused me to hit a wall in such a way, as I have finally run out of funds to sustain this.

The idea now, is rather than to quit, or spend the next six months with little income and spend all my time on it while courting venture capitalists and/or private equity investors. I have decoded to give away 50% of the equity in this business to someone that can give me a hand to get across the finishing line. There will also be a very modest funding requirement as i will have no more funds coming in, as well as working fulltime on this (unpaid may I add). I have also put my own personal money into this project, and will not be billing it to the company. So I expect my partner to be willing to do the same. However, funding will be almost non existent, as i actually designed this to be as self-financing as possible.

If you would like to have a look at the website, you can see it at www (dot) letsgoeat (dot) CO (dot) UK I suggest you visit the about us section and click on restaurant owner link to get a good idea of the concept.. there is a lot more to it, but i would rather not discuss it at this minute. Also, i have 3 other red hot web projects on the back burner, which promise to be the next generation of internet commerce and are at this moment 110% confidential. My future partner will have full opportunity to be part of.

Anyone wishing to apply to be my partner, can they please PM me or get me on su111 (at)live (dot) co (dot) uk

Thank you for taking the time to read this..p,s. this project can be launched and making sales within 2 weeks.
