I have just about finished my shoe sketches. I am trying to decide between genuine or PU leather. I think I have decided on the manufacturer(in China) to use. I found them through Alibaba. They are a 3rd Year Gold Supplier, and we've been going back and forth with the details for a while.

I don't know whether to go with the genuine leather $8.25usd or pu leather $4.25usd. I am starting with a small order of 200pairs.
Quest 1: Do these quotes sound accurate to you?

3: Anything else I should know about before deciding on a manufacturer?

The sample/prototype charge will be around $26usd genuine leather and $13usd pu leather.
