Delideckers - Deli Sandwiches

Hello! I have an idea for a restaurant. Tell me what you think.
It's a very simple place, a one man operation.

Here is a break down of the menu and the ingredients...

Sandwich Types
-Italiano (Marinara, Salami, Olives, Onions)
-Roast Beef 'N' Cheese (Roast Beef & Cheese)
-Veggie (Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber, Red & Green Peppers)
-Turkey Delight (Mayonaise, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey)
-Chicken Delight (Mayonaise, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Chicken)
-The Nuyoka (Sauerkraut, Black Forest Ham, Onion, Cheese)
-The Supremo (Bologna, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayonaise)
-BBQ Roast Beef (Roast Beef, BBQ Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato)

What I was going to say, sounds like a Subway or Quiznos (if you are Canadian, also Mr. Sub).

You could also go for a Mega Wraps or Pita Pit.

To be fair, coming up with ideas is a big part of being an entrepreneur. Nothing wrong with putting the ideas out there and then realizing they arent as viable as you originally thought.

Lots of people on this forum do the exact same thing.
