You can post an ad on craigslist. There are many people who are skilled in data entry looking for permanant or contract work, part time and full time. You can find people who want to work from their home. I have done this myself at one time. Go to www.craigslist.com or www.craigslist.org. You can also post a project for people to bid on at www.sologig.com
