    CRM system

Does anyone use a good CRM program? We've been looking for a good system to use and have thus been unsuccessful. I'td be a plus if it was a system geared towards SEO.

    Your input is appreciated

    Hi,

Go for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It has really matured over the past few years and now a great product.

I've found it's entrepreneurs especially that benefit from a consolidated CRM, something that goes beyond basic sales functionality features and includes more things that specifically matter to growing companies and freelancers. Usually, processes like contact management, sales management, billing, project management, time tracking, calendars, todo lists, and other things go hand in hand; they aren't spread out between massive apartments that don't communicate, like most ERP CRM systems imply.

You should look into something like WORKetc, as you can use it to manage essentially everything you're doing while still leaving room for growth in your business. WORKetc puts CRM, project management, time tracking, billing, and help desk support into one web based system capable of powering any SMB. It's specifically catered to SMB, unlike most CRM systems out there.

A good way of exemplifying the difference is through WORKetc's focus on relationships. Under WORKetc you bring in leads from your website (for example), win the sale, convert it into a project, track hours, bill the client, and get paid - all through WORKetc. Everything you do with your client and every form of correspondence between you two shows up at a glance under the client's history. You can actually manage the entire relationship of your clients with WORKetc.

It would be worth evaluating Saleforce and Zoho CRM too

We use vTiger and it has been effective so far for what we need. Two things I like about vTiger

    1) The cost - it's open source aka free
2)Development and Customization - Again, it's open source, so there is a lot of room for customization!

    Hope that helps!
