CRM software/service, what do you use?

I was surprised to search the forums for CRM and get no results back at all?
I'm debating starting to use CRM for my company but not sure which one would be the best option. Anyone has any experiences etc. to share?

    Hi there,

Depending on what your needs are and how robust of a system you are looking for, my favorite is: Infusionsoft - CRM, Email Marketing, eCommerce, Automatic Follow-up

It bundles up Email Marketing, CRM & Ecommerce all in one easy to use solution.

    Hope that helps!

Thanks BizGuy. That's pretty darn expensive though. I'm debating between an outlook based program like Prophet, and an online based one like Zoho. Online, I'd be worried about the security of my data and misuse of it, outlook based, I'd be worried about my computer dying and I lose all the data, even though I backup regularly.

    Anyone ever experienced Prophet?

I am not too familiar with Prophet.

But when your company grows a bit and can afford a bit more then infusionsoft may be something to re-visit down the road.

I use AWeber. So far, it has worked for me very well and it is not that expensive.

I've looked into Infusionsoft but it is a bit pricey. I might use it down the road when my needs expand.

The good thing about AWeber is that they have a lot of video tutorials to use and learn.

SugarCRM opensource. I runs on your server, very easy to install. It has an open source marketplace where developers can sell or offer for free add ons to the software. Must be used with a dedicated or virtual server to get all the services working. Email does not work with a shared hosted server.
