    CRM Software

Wondering if anyone has had any good experience with a particular CRM software. I need something super basic. The only requirements I have:

    1. Stores client information (including a client number)
    2. Allows me to search through client files by client name or number
    3. Allows me to save information about phone calls and contacts that we've made with them

    Suggestions? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with any small-scale CRM programs, only software like Oracle. Why don't you just use a database program to store this information and information on each client.

I'll say the basic one MS Access for DB software
Or Excel can even do the trick

    Hey there,

Salesforce.com is the real biggy - highly highly recommended! Their support, easy setup, all important in choosing your CRM company.

If you want cheaper and more open source, go with sugarcrm.com - pretty good company as well.

Oracle is not suggested. Especially not for small scale.
