Creating a management team

Hello,
I'm new to the YE forum and I must say that it feels great to be in virtual environment of like-minded entrepreneurs.

I'm in the process of starting a real estate investment firm in the Metro-Atlanta, GA area. I have put together a basic rough draft of a biz plan and I am now seeking other enthusiastic like-minded entrepreneurs interested in becoming a part of a management team. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR FINANCIAL BACKING OR INVESTORS. At this point, I don't have any need for money from any investors or anyone. I simply need like-minded enthusiastic individuals that would like to become a part of a company at the ground floor and participate in building it up.

Preferably I need people willing to assist with finance management, marketing, and operations. I would be willing to compensate everyone for their work on a commission basis.
