    Crafting a Shareholder's agreement

    Hi all,

I am incorporating my business and I have gotten 3 business partners. I would like to find out what is the normal proceedure when crafting the shareholder's agreement as well as how are these shareholder's rewarded. Is there any common practice on this?

    Thanks!

well it depends on what business entity you will incorporate as. limited liablility companies dont issue stock, but can issue percentage ownership. traditional corporations such as s corps and c corps are allowed to issue stock, and profits are distributed proportionally to stock ownership. there are tons of resources online so much as even templates of agreements. try google.
