    Costs to incorporate

    Hey everyone,

    I was just wondering if anyone knows how much it costs to incorporate a business in Canada with one shareholder? If anyone has an idea please let me know.

    In California it was about 250 - 500 dollars. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer in your location.

    It depends what province your in, but generally speaking your looking at about $1000. Get a lawyer that specifies in such things.
