    Does anyone know roughly how much it costs to get a really good website made?

    depends on what type site and features needed "really good" wont get you anywhere be more specific

    i dont know a professional looking site that would have house listings on that people could view

    What type of listings? I can find someone to set up a fairly clear-cut but professional web site, with hosting, for around $50 setup and $5-$10 a month to host it. I can talk to them, and work it down a bit, so PM me if you want more information!
