Contracts and such..

Hello all, currently i own a small construction company my father started back in the day and its all good. I have been throwing around other ideas since college, maybe starting something else, since the market is down i believe this is the perfect time.... now to my question. Construction contracts are easy to find and alter to my needs but having a hard time finding places or people the write or sell other types (mainly advertising, print and location contracts, recurring billing, auto bank withdraw) Just wondering where you guys go for your legal work and how you like it so far....

Having a good local lawyer is pretty critical. We gone through several attorneys before choosing our current one. Honestly, this is something you aren't going to find a good "national" source for which is probably why no one has replied to this thread yet. Ask friends, family, and other business owners you may know who they use. The best way to find a good lawyer is through referrals.

As for online sites that can help out, we use legalzoom.com all the time for contracts. Very handy site.
